Current Situation Analysis
Before 2025, we could sell Xiaomi's global versions globally with a clear advantage because all Xiaomi global products were shipped worldwide from official Hong Kong distributors like ourselves. However, starting in the last two years, to standardize pricing and the market, Xiaomi has gradually implemented a policy of local overseas distributors in most countries. This means that Xiaomi now has direct overseas distributors in most countries, and Xiaomi ships products directly to those countries, which is more conducive to brand development.
Due to this policy, our company has had to establish overseas warehouses in key national markets and station staff there to support operations.Although our company's price list includes many Xiaomi models and a large inventory, Xiaomi's current policy for most of our Xiaomi products is that they can only be exported to the Latin American market. We cannot engage in unauthorized cross-regional sales; otherwise, Xiaomi will revoke our distribution rights. Currently, only two companies in China are authorized to export to the Latin American market, and we are one of them. Other Hong Kong companies have already had their distribution rights revoked.
For customers in other regions and countries, we need to know the destination market for the products, and the specific models they require before deciding whether we can have stock available or place an order with Xiaomi. As mentioned above, most of our Xiaomi ready stock products can currently only be exported to Latin America.
