COOPERATION_PROCESS
1. Send price list
We send Bishop Ecosystem Products price list.
2. Fill in QTY
You provide the detail model name, color, version, quantity to us.
3. Confirm price & stock
We confirm the stock and the best real-time price to you.
4. Confirm order
You confirm the order and send company info (company name, phone, address).
5. Choose shipping way
You determine the forwarder(EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF) or courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX).
6. Make PI
We send you the proforma invoice.
7. Make Payment
You make payment and send us bank slip.
8. Prepare order
We pack the products within 1-3 business days.
9. Contact forwarder
We contact your forwarder and provide shipping documents(CI, PL, MSDS,UN38.3 etc).

Please send your inquiry using one of the following three formats to help reduce errors and improve efficiency for both sides.
Method 1：You send an Excel file indicating your purchase request. The table fields must strictly follow the format below（Brand | Model Name | Color | Quantity ）Example：

Method 2：We send you product quotation sheet（Bishop Ecosystem Products），please fill in the required quantity in the “ORDER” column and send the file back to us.
Method 3：You send an editable text list following the field order.（Brand | Model Name | Color | Quantity ）Example：Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Black 1000
Notes：
1.Please group products by brand (same brand together).
2.Use the official English model name, usually with each word capitalized.
3.Do not add extra descriptions or use other language versions.
4.Please specify the exact color. If the product has no color option, write “/”or leave it blank.
5.Model names must follow those used on: our official website or our quotation sheet (Bishop Ecosystem Products) or the official global website of each brand.
