Q: Do you have MOQ?
A: We don’t have MOQ, but the minimum amount of each order is 5,000USD and purchase each product model in its original packaging.
Q: Does the product come with a warranty?
A: If a large number of warranty issues arise, we will send you a Bishop warranty list form to fill out. After our company's quality control department verifies the information, We will resend it with your next order.
If it's just a minor warranty issue,We don’t provide a warranty because the brand itself currently doesn’t offer warranty services to distributors.
Q: What are the shipping methods?
A: If you have a forwarder, we will discuss the trade term with you before making invoice (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF or DAP), ship by air, by sea or by courier(DHL, UPS, FEDEX). If you don’t have forwarder, we will recommend some freight forwarders for your reference and confirm the shipping costs with you.
Q: Can you ship from China( Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Yiwu, etc.) ?
A: Only Udfine brand is permitted; all other global brands can only be shipped from Hong Kong.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: 100% advance payment by T/T before delivery. We accept currencies like USD, HKD, RMB, EUR. We don’t accept Bitcoin, USDT, or any other cryptocurrencies.
