Xiaomi has officially introduced the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Lite, the entry-level model in its new electric scooter lineup, to the global market. Positioned as the most affordable version within the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Series, the model is designed primarily for short-distance urban commuting.
In terms of core performance, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Lite is powered by a Hall-effect brushless motor with a rated output of 300W and a peak power of up to 500W. It delivers a top speed of 25 km/h and can easily handle inclines of up to 15%.
To enhance riding comfort on uneven road conditions, the scooter features a 25 mm dual-spring front suspension system combined with 10-inch pneumatic tires, effectively absorbing road vibrations and bumps.
For improved control and usability, the scooter offers three riding modes: Pedestrian Mode, limited to 6 km/h for safe low-speed travel on sidewalks; Standard Mode at 15 km/h, balancing efficiency and energy consumption; and Sport Mode, which unlocks the full 25 km/h performance. A centrally positioned LED display on the handlebar provides real-time information including speed, riding mode, and remaining battery level. Users can also connect the scooter to the Xiaomi Home app to remotely check remaining range, battery status, ride history, and tire pressure data, while accessing smart features such as an electronic motor lock and adjustable energy recovery settings.
Once folded, the compact design makes it easy to store indoors or place in a car trunk for convenient transport.
